Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a practice that supports your body instead of pushing it, you're in the right place.
Together, we'll build a sustainable yoga practice that helps you move with more ease, reduce stress, and feel stronger in everyday life.

My yoga journey began after a car accident in 2013 left me in chronic pain, and my corporate career led to burnout. What started as a gentle, low-impact practice became a powerful tool for rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and finding greater ease in my body and life.
That experience continues to shape how I teach today.
My classes are welcoming, encouraging, and designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, and create a yoga practice that fits your life.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away, you'll always be encouraged to move at your own pace.
That's why every new student has the opportunity to create a Personalized Practice Plan with me.
Together, we'll talk about your goals, previous injuries, schedule, experience level, and any questions you have. From there, I'll help you choose the classes, videos, or private support that make the most sense for you.
Because there's no one-size-fits-all approach to yoga.
Believe it or not, I couldn't touch my toes before I started practicing yoga. Progress doesn't happen overnight, and you definitely don't need to be flexible to begin.
In 2024, I went on a pilgrimage to India with a group of women to study yoga philosophy and deepen my understanding of yoga's origins.
When I'm not teaching, I enjoy snuggling my cats, traveling, relaxing with my husband, and spending time outdoors gardening and connecting with nature.
I love finding small moments of joy and nourishment in everyday life.

Every body is different.
That's why I've pursued training in anatomy, mobility, breathwork, meditation, restorative practices, prenatal yoga, and self-myofascial release, so I can adapt the practice to you, rather than expecting you to adapt to one style of yoga.
