  • Through steady, precise movement and smart progressions, you’ll challenge your muscles while staying connected to your breath and alignment.

✦ Event details: Wednesday, April 15 at 4:30 PM

This 45-minute Mat Pilates pop-up blends mindful movement with focused strength work to support your whole body from the inside out.

Using your own bodyweight and simple handheld props, you’ll build strength, stability, and control without complicated machines. While we’ll engage the deep core, this class goes beyond abs. MyoYin

Psoas Release

Pop-Up Class

  • MyoYin is not just a practice. It's a journey of self-discovery.

✦ Event details: Wednesday, April 15 at 6:30 PM

Join me in Stillwater on the third Wednesday of each month for a MyoYin pop-up class.

This month's class is a release for your psoas, also known as your hip flexor. Whether you spend too much time sitting or you're an avid walker or jogger, your psoas will benefit from this deep-tissue work.

In MyoYin, we use a unique blend of myofascial release and yin yoga postures designed to help you gain flexibility that will benefit you both on and off the mat.

With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin holds, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain. MyoYin empowers you to understand your body better and learn how to care for your tired muscles.

Happy Hips:

Functional Movement, Release & Stretch for Real-World Hip Health

  • Your hips do far more than “open.” They stabilize, generate power, and adapt to everything from walking and sitting to squatting and balancing.

✦ Event details: Sunday, April 26th, 5:30-7:00 PM

In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore your hips through direct experience, gently challenging the long-standing yoga myth that more openness is always better.

Using a combination of functional movement, yoga postures, and targeted deep-tissue release with therapy balls, you’ll explore your hips in ways that support strength, mobility, and day-to-day comfort. We’ll move with curiosity, experiencing yoga asana as a natural expression of what your body is capable of, moment by moment. We’ll close in savasana, giving your nervous system time to settle and your body space to absorb the work, so you leave feeling grounded, spacious, and reset.

This experience is great for yogis, desk dwellers, and anyone curious about how their hips work.

Craft Your Dream Future

  • A Vision Board Experience for Clarity, Intention, and Real-Life Follow-Through

✦ Event details: Thursday, April 16 at 6:00 PM via Zoom

This is not your typical vision board workshop.

Aligned with the energy of the Aries New Moon, a time for fresh starts and forward movement, this experience is designed to help you get clear on what you actually want and begin moving toward it with intention.

We’ll start with guided meditation and gentle, embodied movement, so you can step out of the mental noise and into a more grounded, intuitive state. From there, you’ll create a vision board that reflects your real desires and the direction you’re ready to grow into.

This isn’t about cutting out perfect pictures or chasing surface-level goals. It’s about creating a vision your body recognizes and can support.

You’ll leave with a clear, tangible roadmap and a deeper sense of connection to what you’re building next.
