Healthy, Happy Hips

  • Functional Movement, Deep Release & Practical Anatomy for Lasting Hip Health

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore the hips through both learning and experience. You’ll be introduced to simple, practical anatomy to help you understand how your hips are designed to move, then guided through practices that let you feel those concepts in your own body.

Using a blend of gentle functional movement, yoga postures, and targeted deep-tissue release with therapy balls, you’ll explore areas that often hold tension. Through movement, you’ll discover new possibilities for ease, support, and mobility. Rather than forcing range of motion, we’ll focus on how your hips function, helping you build awareness and more sustainable movement patterns.

This workshop is especially supportive for those who experience tightness or discomfort in the hips, spend time sitting, or are simply interested in a more informed, body-aware approach to movement.

  • Slow down. Step outside. Move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the quiet beauty of a lavender field just outside the Twin Cities.

As we enter the growth season of summer, we'll focus on building strength, stability, and resilience.

11 AM — Hatha Yoga

Root to rise with a hatha yoga practice. This practice will help you grow on a strong, balanced foundation.

12 PM — Guided Meditation

Change can be uncomfortable, but it's necessary for growth. Find balance in the discomfort through breathwork and presence.

1 PM — All-levels Yoga Flow

Now that we're centered, it's time to grow through movements that challenge your balance and strength.

Book one class for movement, add meditation for mindfulness, or make a day of it and book all three!

Mindful Mat Pilates

  • Through steady, precise movement and smart progressions, you’ll challenge your muscles while staying connected to your breath and alignment.

This 45-minute Mat Pilates pop-up blends mindful movement with focused strength work to support your whole body from the inside out.

Using your own bodyweight and simple handheld props, you’ll build strength, stability, and control without complicated machines. While we’ll engage the deep core, this class goes beyond abs. Expect intentional sequencing that strengthens hips, shoulders, and postural muscles, helping you move with more confidence in everyday life.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and supported from the center outward.

Roll & Release

For Your Lower Back

Pop-Up Class

  • MyoYin is not just a practice. It's a journey of self-discovery.

Join me in Stillwater on the third Wednesday of each month for a Roll & Release pop-up class.

This month's class offers a release for your lower back. The lower back is often a place of tension, pain, and stiffness. Find deep relief by releasing the muscles of your lower back so you can sit up a little taller and feel less discomfort bending, lifting, and twisting.

In Roll & Release, we use a unique blend of myofascial release and yin yoga postures designed to help you gain flexibility that will benefit you both on and off the mat.

With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin holds, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain. Roll & Release empowers you to understand your body better and learn how to care for your tired muscles.
