12 PM — Guided Meditation

Change can be uncomfortable, but it's necessary for growth. Find balance in the discomfort through breathwork and presence.

1 PM — Hatha Yoga

Integrate your energy with this balancing Hatha practice. Find your center and move from integrity, not imbalance.

For Your Back & Spine

Pop-Up Class

Join me in Stillwater on the third Wednesday of each month for a Roll & Release pop-up class.

This month's class offers a release for your back and spine. The back carries several places that can hold tension, pain, and stiffness. Explore spinal mobility by releasing the muscles of your back and along your spine so you can sit up a little taller and feel less discomfort bending, lifting, and twisting.

In Roll & Release, we use a unique blend of myofascial release and yin yoga postures designed to help you gain flexibility that will benefit you both on and off the mat.

With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin holds, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain. Roll & Release empowers you to understand your body better and learn how to care for your tired muscles.

Lower Back Relief

  • You might not realize how much you rely on your back until it’s difficult to do what you want, or until it starts giving you some painful signals.

You use your back every day to bend, twist, and carry. Your lower back supports your upright posture while seated at your desk or standing in line for groceries.

We misuse our backs every day. We weaken them by rounding as we lounge in deep, soft sofas or hunch over our screens. We slouch, lean, and slump at our desks. Or we lift without taking the time to practice proper form (lift with your legs!).

You probably don’t think about your back or listen to it until it can’t do what you want or screams at you in pain.

With guided use of therapy balls and targeted movement, you'll release tension in tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and better understand your body.

Late Summer Ease

Summers always go too fast! Learn to be present for every moment by slowing down and savoring stillness.

11 AM — Slow Flow

Find mindfulness in movement with a slower flowing practice.

12 PM — Guided Meditation

Savor each moment by finding the beauty of stillness. Observe, be present, and stop the rush as we reach the end of summer.

1 PM — Yin Yoga

With slow, long stretches, you'll have plenty of time to be present with your body and breath.

Mindful Mat Pilates

  • Through steady, precise movement and smart progressions, you’ll challenge your muscles while staying connected to your breath and alignment.

This 45-minute Mat Pilates pop-up blends mindful movement with focused strength work to support your whole body from the inside out.

Using your own bodyweight and simple handheld props, you’ll build strength, stability, and control without complicated machines. While we’ll engage the deep core, this class goes beyond abs. Expect intentional sequencing that strengthens hips, shoulders, and postural muscles, helping you move with more confidence in everyday life.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and supported from the center outward.
