Yoga is a practice that balances stillness and movement. We’ll begin class with grounding and breathwork, then generate heat with a flowing yoga practice that engages the whole body. In this class, you will have time to explore options and experiment to find the right pose variation for your body. Finally, we'll end with a calming rest in Savasana.

MyoYin is not just a practice. It's a journey of self-discovery. This unique blend of deep tissue release (also known as myofascial release) and yin yoga postures is designed to help you find flexibility that will benefit you both on and off the mat. With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin yoga stretches, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain.
