Yoga is a practice that balances stillness and movement. We’ll begin class with grounding and breathwork, then generate heat with a flowing yoga practice that engages the whole body. In this class, you will have time to explore options and experiment to find the right pose variation for your body. Finally, we'll end with a calming rest in Savasana.

Better understand your body and how to care for your tired, tight muscles with anatomy-informed instruction and targeted techniques. With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin yoga stretches, you'll release tension from tight muscles, increase your range of motion, and relieve pain.

Join me on Monday evenings for Hatha + Yin.

This nourishing class combines both elements of Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. The first half of practice will focus on holding a set of yoga poses more slowly and for longer periods, allowing for a deeper understanding and connection to each pose.

The second half of practice introduces a variety of Yin postures so you can melt into your mat as you work deep into your connective tissues, fascia, and breathe into relaxation.
